Carrollton athletes just got a major boost.
Carroll County Memorial Hospital and Carrollton Public School District are excited to announce Dr. Tim Reid’s new Sports Medicine Training Room - right at CHS.
Dr. Reid will be on-site one afternoon each week to work with athletes at no cost to families. He can help with:
• Injury evaluations
• Training plans & conditioning
• Cross-training guidance
• Nutrition support
The goal is simple: keep athletes healthy, strong, and competing at their best.
Athletes, parents, or coaches can make the request for the visit. These sessions are not a substitute for regular medical care - just a convenient way to catch concerns early. If a student needs anything beyond an evaluation (like an x-ray or follow-up), Dr. Reid will contact the parent directly.
Parents will complete a one-time yearly consent form and will be contacted each visit to give permission to treat.
Questions? Contact the school office or Dr. Reid’s nurse, Katie, at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
